Jeffry Gutierrez, LSW, CEO

We are humans of connection and our development can be burdened by the moments of disengagement. I truly believe in the ability of the individual. Many of the obstacles in our lives are either created or transformed by the circles we hold. From the family you may have to the one you may have come from, from the friends in your surrounding, to the partner you share your life with. We attract what we are and success is greatest when achieved together. Life can be like a bucket under a dripping ceiling, it can withstand a lot, but eventually overflows.
Success with my clients comes from those that are ready to change their daily routine. I am in the field of mindfulness, being present in your current moment and having an attitude of Kindness. I specialize in working with children and families. When working with individual or couples I use this same foundation which many times define our experiences.
13+Yrs I have engaged in the field of- Child Services, family practice, and adult groups. Graduating from one of the top clinical schools in the country (NYU). Being genuine means- not giving others what I would not ask of myself.

Natalya Fryazin, LPC

I strongly believe in the power of therapy. I am convinced that the quality of one’s life can be drastically improved even in the worst cases of mental health disorders. I speculate that if only people knew how tremendously their lives could be improved, they would not hesitate a single second and would find assistance right away.
I advocate and highly value a compassionate, interactive, and non-judgmental acceptance style emphasizing the deep human encounters between the therapist and the client. With my extensive training in Gestalt Therapy, I blend this approach with concrete and result-proven strategies from cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, and mindfulness therapies
We will create a safe place and explore and process anything that causes distress in your life. I will be with you on your journey with your ups and downs, exploring your bright and dark sides, accepting and respecting your shortcomings, and celebrating your strengths and achievements. We can make a significant change if we work together! Welcome!
