OTW Inc. (Our Team Works Inc.) is a mental health and wellness group. We plant the seeds of cognitive and emotional development in our clients and surrounding community. OTW provides a range of therapeutic based services. Our client population ranges from individuals to families, couples, and groups. We service all age groups and focus on the treatment of a range of mental health obstacles including but not limited to anxiety, trauma, depression, parenting, co-parenting, emotional literacy, Domestic violence, grief, family therapy and others.
Our Therapists are all licensed individuals (LSW and LAC to LCSW and LPC) in good standing within their national boards. A therapist working with OTW Inc. exemplifies cultural competence. Depending on licensure, the “Therapist” can work under the clinical supervision of a qualified clinician. Therapists work as part of a team to provide the most effective service provision to all clients seeking services.
Currently OTW has created partnerships with Intuitive Serenity LLC to create CHIP, a youth-based boxing group. As well as Hudson Pride, to provide inclusive therapeutic services to all populations regardless of identified sexuality or orientation. Our CEO, Jeffry Gutierrez, LSW also holds a position for the advisory board at High Tech High School and Co-chair of the North Hudson Partnership.
