Our Rates and Scheduling

Insurance:

We accept OUT OF NETWORK with:

Unfortunately, We DO NOT Accept Medicaid or Medicare. But feel free to click here for resources that could help. Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact us with your full insurance information readily available and we can help verify these benefits for you. Please also feel free to contact your insurance provider for more information and to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

We’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have OUT OF NETWORK Benefits?
- Do I have Individual and Family Coverage?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?



Rates:

Rates vary depending on insurance and benefits used. This is determined once benefits are verified, and clients are also encouraged to call their insurance company so that they are aware of their mental health benefits and what their out of pocket cost will be. 

You have the option to go through our private pay rates which range from $100-$250 per session. Clients can utilize private pay fee if a client does not have insurance or does not want to utilize insurance. The change in fee depends on the therapist you are seeing and the amount of time of the session. All sessions are either 45 minutes or 60 minutes. 

All new clients are advised to contact your insurance to verify what your mental/behavioral health benefits are. Benefits quoted by Our Team Works Inc. are not a guarantee of the amount owed and are subject to changes in plan or changes due to information provided by insurance. You can do this by calling the phone number on the back of your insurance card. It is helpful to verify things like whether or not you have a deductible, what your copay or co-insurance amount is, and rates of reimbursement.

Reduced Private Pay Rates:

We have several therapists on staff that see clients for a reduced private pay rate of $100- $150. We try to keep all our services as affordable as possible and do not have any other sliding pay program.

Payment:

We accept cash, Zelle and all major credit cards as forms of payment. Payment is due at time of session.

Cancellation Policy:

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. If 24 hour notice is not provided, you will be charged a $50 no-show fee/late cancellation fee.
